If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please send me a message. To start, we’ll have a 10-15 minute phone call where you can ask questions, I can get a sense of your goals, and we can determine if we would be a good match for working together.
*
Initial appointments are 70-75 minutes long. Psychotherapy sessions are 45 minutes and medication appointments are 25 minutes. We’ll determine the frequency of meetings at our first appointment.

My practice is out-of-network with insurance companies. Many people are able to get partial or full reimbursement from their insurance companies once their deductible is met. I will provide you with an invoice which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I do not directly communicate with insurance companies.

I do not participate with Medicare. If you are a Medicare Beneficiary, we can contract privately outside of Medicare; however, beneficiaries who establish a private Medicare contract with me are not permitted to submit claims for my services to Medicare. If you have Medicare, I will provide you with a Medicare Opt-Out Affidavit, which states that you nor I will submit claims to Medicare for any services received under my care. This contract must be completed prior to the initial appointment. If you have Medicare or are planning to become a Medicare Beneficiary, please inform me prior to the initial appointment.

My practice is not structured to provide emergency psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
